WHY ARE THEY RIGHT ON THE VERGE OF BLOWING UP?
1) Price Tag and Octane are the nicknames of these two post high school grads who are part of the jerk movement originating in california. SIgned to interscope records, they are cooking up a debut album with a variety of surprises.
2) They Krump and jerk to their hearts content. During 2007, Their six- week long krumping online show was called “Buck that,” where they krumped against the best dancers in southern ca. In 2009, they were on the jerk before it hit big nationwide, getting their song “teach me how to jerk” on the radio at 99.1 KGGI.
3) THey know who’s king. They show their bravado and tribute michael jackson in the song “Mike jackson bad” off their debut. THey also have a personal uplifiting song called “run away” and a rock track called “audio kiss.”
4) They’ve got fresh talent backing their every move. “Teach me how to jerk” was produced by kandis and sean of roz music entertainment, who struck a production deal with them from the song.
5) These are consummate performers. In addition to writing their own music, they provide the talents of singing, rapping and dancing for their upcoming release.
THE SPARK
They need no wingman! They have no backing from any major artists. It may sound strange that they don’t have anyone to “validate” them or usher them into the game, but they are just that confident that They don’t need it.
