Right On! or Right Off?: Rihanna’s Hair

It seems like RIHANNA’S hairdo changes every day….but this one that she rocked at the premiere of the movie Inglourious Basterds we’re not too sure about. Her outfit was fly, but the hair kind of reminds us of 90′s cartoon character JOHNNY BRAVO.

But what do you think, is this hairstyle worthy of a RIGHT ON! stamp, or should somebody shave it RIGHT OFF!?

TYRA BANKS was spotted on location in N.Y.C. filming for the new season of Gossip Girl looking very witchy in a dark gown (and are those UGGS in the middle of summertime?)!

As we already reported, Tyra will be playing a real witch diva on GG named Ursula Nyquist.
