Black Beat & Right On! & RIGHTONMAG.COM, the oldest and most respected names in teen urban music are seeking imaginative, visionary, and energetic EDITORIAL INTERNS to pitch and write articles for the publication and the website, PHOTO/VIDEO INTERNS to assist in fashion shoots and event coverage and FASHION INTERNS to assist in fashion and beauty layouts. We are also looking for WEB DESIGN and PUBLICTY INTERNS. Candidates should be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Significant knowledge of hip-hop music and culture required as well as a thirst for gossip and entertainment. Perks of the internship include meeting and/or interviewing celebrities, access to exclusive industry parties, advanced copies of albums, movie passes and MORE! Our offices are located in NYC and ideally candidate should be available 2-3 days a week. Internship is unpaid and may be taken for college credit. I am 49 years old and I want to thank you for Right-On magazine which gave us all the latest on The Jackson 5 I had a wall full of posters and pictures in the 70′s from Right-On. I am writng this on the day after Michael’s funeral It is just so unreal.
